Heritage Park Activities
The Heritage County Park & Victorian Village are located at the corner of Juan and Harney Streets.
Explore a unique San Diego treasure of beautifully-preserved Victorian buildings nestled in historic Old Town San Diego at Heritage County Park.
This 7.8-acre park is dedicated to the preservation of San Diego's Victorian architecture. Expansion downtown after WWII threatened these structures with demolition on their original sites. Public and private funds paid for the acquisition, relocation, and restoration of these buildings.
Heritage Park is owned by the County of San Diego and managed by Pacific Hospitality Group (PHG), which also operates the Best Western Hacienda Hotel-Old Town.
Future plans for Heritage Park include restoration of current buildings and additional Victorian Homes to be used as historic Inn’s and Bed & Breakfasts.<http://heritageparksd.com>

The 27th Annual Fiesta Old Town Cinco de Mayo
Spend this Cinco de Mayo celebrating the Mexican heritage at the oldest and largest celebration of its kind in San Diego! This two day event takes place on Saturday, May 2nd 2010 from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM and on Sunday, May 3rd, 2010 from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Old Town Saturday Market
Each Saturday 9:00 am - 3:00 pm
San Diego's largest weekly artisan market featuring handmade works from local artisans. The market includes such items as jewelry, photography, pottery, clothing, paintings, hand painted glass, glass blowing, woodworking's and more. There is always live music and it is absolutely free.
